Account Records

Staff account records are kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for operations, compliance, disputes, or legal obligations.

Shift and Attendance Records

Shift, acceptance, check-in, check-out, and attendance records may be retained to evidence work history, resolve disputes, support payroll or invoicing checks, and meet legal or client requirements.

Audit Logs

Audit logs are retained to protect the app, investigate changes, support accountability, and evidence administrative actions.

Deletion

Records may be deleted, anonymised, or archived when they are no longer needed. Some records cannot be removed immediately if they are required for security, compliance, or legal reasons.
