Purpose
SecureShift is provided for authorised staff and management to manage work schedules, shift acceptance, attendance, and related communications.
Account Security
You must use your own account, keep your password secure, and not share access with anyone else. You must tell management if you believe your account has been misused.
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate contact details and keep management informed if your details change.
Shift Use
Assigned shifts and open shifts are managed through the app. Open shifts may be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A shift is not guaranteed until it appears as accepted or assigned to you in the app.
Attendance and Location
You must only check in or out honestly and from the correct work location where location checks are required. False attendance records may lead to account removal or disciplinary action.
Misuse
Do not interfere with the app, access data you are not authorised to see, attempt to bypass security controls, or use the app for non-work purposes.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app develops. Continued use of SecureShift means you accept the latest version.
